01 / Rehabilitation
Pain & injury rehabilitation
Work towards the movements that pain or injury has interrupted. Assessment and progressive exercise connect your current ability with the demands of everyday life and sport.
Rehab & training
Your rehabilitation should prepare you for the loads you want to handle. I combine clinical assessment with exercise physiology to build a progressive plan around your goals.

02 / Lifting
Bring rehabilitation back to the lifts that matter to you. Combine movement assessment, load management and training progression around your lifting goals.
03 / Endurance
Rebuild the capacity for sustained effort. Connect rehabilitation with running, cycling and endurance training through a clear approach to workload, intensity and progression.
04 / Strength
Build strength that carries into sport and daily life. Progressive resistance training and task-specific practice develop your ability to lift, carry, balance and sustain repeated effort.
The approach
Strength and endurance are central to how I practise physiotherapy.
I use progressive resistance training, aerobic conditioning and task-specific practice to connect the work you do now with the activity you want to return to.
Your starting point comes from your symptoms, training history and current capacity. We adjust the plan around your response, building towards the loads, duration and movement demands that matter to you.
I train too. Powerlifting is part of my own life, so I understand why a meaningful lift or a full training session can matter far more than simply being told to “keep active”.
