Online physiotherapy

A clear plan.
A way to progress.

Video consultation brings clinical assessment and training decisions into your own setting. Here is how we work from your first enquiry to the next stage of your rehabilitation.

01

Tell me what
you want back

Send a short enquiry with your country, the activity you want help with and the main problem getting in the way. I’ll confirm appointment options, the fee and whether an online consultation fits your needs.

02

Assess where
you are now

In the video consultation, we discuss your symptoms, training and goals, then work through relevant movement and functional tasks. The assessment establishes what to prioritise and where to begin.

03

Put the plan
into practice

Agree an exercise and training plan around your current capacity, available equipment and routine. Understand what each part is for, what to work towards and how progression will be reviewed.

04

Review and
move forward

Follow-up connects your response with the next training decision. We review the activities that matter to you and adjust the plan as your capacity develops.

Before we meet

A few practical
details.

What do I need for a video consultation?

A device with a camera, a reliable internet connection and enough space to move comfortably. I’ll explain any other preparation before your appointment.

Can I enquire from outside the UK?

Yes. Include the country you will be in for your consultation, and I’ll confirm the service and appointment options available to you.

Do I need gym equipment?

The plan is built around your goals and what you have available. Tell me whether you train at home, in a gym or outdoors so we can make the sessions practical.

What if I need an in-person assessment?

Some problems need a physical examination or local care. If that applies to you, I’ll explain what is needed and help you understand the next step.

How much does a consultation cost?

The fee and available appointment times are confirmed in response to your enquiry, before you decide to book.
